Our UK graduate programme
For graduates, we offer an accelerated career path to becoming a consultant, with a strong focus on training on the job.
We have designed a two-year training programme with core and elective modules based on individual needs. When our graduates are ready, they get promoted to consultants.

A comprehensive hard and soft skill training programme

Our graduate application process
Our graduate application process follows three steps and is designed so you can get to know us, whilst we are getting to know you
Online application
• Apply online by 28th November 2025 (earlier closure possible)
• Complete an online test (deductive, inductive, and numerical reasoning)
• Share your academic background, work experience and motivations for pursuing a career in consultancy
Interview
• Video call with a senior member of the Argon & Co team
• An opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions
• We value graduates who will positively contribute to our culture
• Expect to interview within a few weeks of applying
Assessment centre
• Experience a 'day in the life' of an Argon & Co consultant,
• Work individually and with a team and to solve real client scenarios
• Final interview with one of our Partners
• Assessment centres run from December 2025 to February 2026
