Our UK graduate programme
For graduates, we offer an accelerated career path to becoming a consultant, with a strong focus on training on the job.
We have designed a two-year training programme with core and elective modules based on individual needs, but when our graduates are ready, they get promoted to consultants.

Our graduate application process
Our graduate application process follows three key steps and is designed so you can get to know us, as much as we're getting to know you
Online application

• Deductive, inductive, and numerical reasoning test
• Tell us about your academic background, work experience and motivations for pursuing a career in consultancy
Interview
• Interview with a senior member of the Argon & Co team
• Designed so you can get to know us, as much as we're getting to know you as an individual
• We hire graduates who will positively contribute to our culture. We are real people, dealing with real people. We want someone who is supportive of and interested in others
Assessment centre
• An immersive 'day in the life' of an Argon & Co consultant, working with a team and individually to solve real-life client scenarios
• Identify business issues, explore the potential solutions, and present your recommendations
• You'll also have a final interview with one of our Partners
