About the role

As a Graduate Analyst at Argon & Co you will complete a structured 2 year programme where you will gain exposure across key areas of the business such as planning, logistics and procurement. This will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through various rotations plus exposure to working directly with our clients. 

  • Multiple rotations within different functional areas and industries

  • A structured learning and development program throughout your journey

  • Staff manager assigned to support your develop as an Analyst

Key requirements

  • Recently completed/completing in 2026, a Bachelor's or Master's degree 

  • Great communicators who can explain things clearly

  • Bright, with a strong academic record 

  • Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying at university

  • Proven ability to work within a team environment

  • Be results focused, resilient and resourceful

  • Interested in business and developing business acumen

  • Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning

  • Led by a strong sense of integrity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Available to start in September 2026
